Darren Jensen, Vice President
Darren Jensen started his hockey career in Creston B.C., then played in Notre Dame for two years. From there, he played Junior A in Penticton B.C. with teammates Andy Moog and Glen Anderson. He earned a four year scholarship from the University of North Dakota where he was a two-time NCAA Championship winner. He was drafted by Hartford Whalers, and was released after not being able to come to terms on a contract. After Hartford, he spent one year in Fort Wayne in the IHL, where he was voted MVP, All-Star, Rookie of the Year & Top Goaltender. The Philadelphia Flyers took notice of his obvious talent and signed Darren to a three year contract. Darren retired in 1990 with seven years pro and a William Jennings Trophy (best goals against in the NHL) under his belt.
Since his NHL retirement, Darren has owned and operated Hair Replacement Company for the past 15 years, and was partners with Puckmasters founder Pete Fry in the National Hockey School. In addition to his work with Pete Fry, he's also worked with the Okanagan Hockey School and Gold in the Net and is currently working with minor hockey associations in the Okanagan region of B.C. representing Puckmasters and serving as our VP of Purchasing.
