Puckmasters is Buffalo's first year round Hockey Training Center. Club Members are taught one on one with a personal coach on individual size ProSpeed™ R.S.S. training rinks. Club Members range from beginner to NHL, house, rep, travel, boys, girls and adults. We have a program for you!
Our Training Center operates year-round, offering consistent hours of training. You have the ability to customize your training experience to fit your busy schedule. Puckmasters is a Canadian-based Hockey Training Center which began in 1993.
Experience dramatic improvements through personalized hockey instruction! Puckmasters provides a variety of membership packages from 1 on 1 training to 3 on 3 leagues. The memberships can range from three months to twelve months and can start at any time during the course of the year.
Why Train At Puckmasters?
Because in a regular game...
- Players will have the puck on their stick for an average of 8 seconds per game.
- Players will take an average of 1-2 shots per game.
- Players will take an average of 18 shifts per game.
- 99% of the feedback coaches give players is when they have the puck. Ironically, players only have the puck on their stick for 0.2% of the game.
If asked most players will say the best part about hockey is scoring goals, handling the puck, passing and skating. We know that players are more active, have the puck on their stick more often, take more shots and give more passes during practice than during a game. Therefore, with properly structured training sessions at Puckmasters it all adds up to more fun for the ones that count - THE PLAYERS.
At Puckmasters...
- Players will have the puck on their stick for 80% of the time
- Players will take an average of 75-100 shots each session
- Players will play/train the whole time
- Players get feedback the whole session

One on One Hockey Training: you get your very own personal coach whose only focus is to make you a better player.
Consistency: The key to becoming a better player is training not just for a week but training once or twice a week over a period of time. This will provide you with long lasting skill development and confidence.
Positive Reinforcement: Our Personal Coaches are trained to positively motivate you! You will gain a higher level of self-confidence and feel better.
Accelerated Learning Techniques: We coach you using end point visualization and backward shaping.
