Purpose Of These Visualizations For Hockey Players
These Pre Game Visualizations are designed specifically for you, the hockey player to get your head in the game. These visualizations were initially designed for one of our students playing professional hockey and we've edited them so all players can use them.

Howcome and How Does Visualization Work For You?
Your subconscious mind does not recognize what is real and not real. Therefore, by you visualizing all the great goals, assists and plays you will make before the game will help boost your confidence level and therefore increasing your level of performance to ultimately "Play Better".
How To Use This Visualization Program For Best Results
The first time you listen to a Puckmasters Players Pre Game Visualization listen to 1a. (right below) which is the longest version (about 21 minutes). This audio explains to you the importance of visualization right at the start of it and it also has a great story on how an NHL team used this power to win Stanley Cups.
After you have listened to 1a and you understand the importance of visualizaiton then you may move on to 1b which is the same as 1a except it doesn't have the explanation on the importance of visualization.
Listen to 1b for the next 3 - 5 games that you have. At this point you will notice that your mind will also start to visualize automatically for you. (Your brain is very smart and picks up fast on things). Once this begins to happen you can now listen to the shorter versions of the visualization. Make sure you go to the shorter versions in the correct order. Do not listen to 1c until you've listend to 1b for the 3- 5 times and then do not listen to 1d until you've atleast listened to 1c once.
