OFFENSIVE (Left Side)
O1 (with puck) is forced up ice by Triangle 1 as O2 cycles low to provide support. O1 takes shot on net, then picks up a puck in the corner and looks to pass to O2 who has cycled up to the high slot for a shot.

DEFENSIVE (Right Side)
Inside Defenceman dumps puck into corner and skates in to retrieve it. Outside Defenceman chases, forcing puck carrier up the boards. As the drill progresses, have both players leave at the same time to battle for the puck and drive the net.
