Coach dumps puck in for Triangle 1 to retrieve. Triangle 2 provides support while O1 and O2 forecheck. O3 and O4 provide offensive support for defence. A third forechecker can be added.

Forechecker's goals are to recover the puck and put it in the net. Defensive goals are to make a successful breakout pass and clear the zone.
