Divide forward and defence into two groups at each end of the ice. On the whistle 3 forwards will skate the length of the ice, curl, and receive a pass. The defence will skate to the far blueline, stop, and skate backwards to defend against the oncoming forwards. After the first group crosses the red line on the 3-on-2, the second group can leave from the opposite end.
