LEFT SIDE: Defense
Triangle 1 and 2 line up at top of circles. Triangle 3 and 4 line up at the has marks simulating wingers. Coach dumps puck in and Triangle 1 and 2 quickly recover the puck and move it to the wingers. Players then rotate positions.
VARIATION:
After coach dumps the puck in send a fifth player in to provide pressure, forcing Defence to make smart plays to not cause turnovers.
RIGHT SIDE: Offense
O1 passes the puck to O2 who drives the zone, delays, and chips puck deep O2 then drives to the slot. O1 (after making pass) drives hard to corner to retrieve the puck and cycles it behind the net to O3 before curling back to high slot. O3 collects the puck and makes a pass to either O1 or O2 for the shot. Coach (positioned at faceoff dot) applies varying pressure forcing players to move puck wisely.
VARIATION:
Add a defenceman in front of the net to force O3 to make a smart pass to the open forward.
