LEFT SIDE (Defensive):
Triangle 1 starts on far boards. Coach fires puck up the boards to Triangle 1 who stops it, walks it to the middle, and shoots it on net. Coach then makes a second pass to Triangle 1 for a second shot. Coach finally fires a puck up the near boards for Triangle 1 who has to stop it and walk to the middle for a third shot.

RIGHT SIDE (Offensive):
Coach fires a puck into the corner. O1 recovers it and cycles up ice, leaving the puck for O2, who leaves it for O3. Continue cycling until whistle is blown to drive the net. Add in a defender as players progress.
