Generally, the proper course of action is a combination of training avenues: Private Lessons intermixed wtih Group Clinics throughout the month, and a regular diet of practice and workouts (especially in the off season!).
Our Private Lessons and Group Clinics are all priced the same. This assures you that our recommendations are purely based on what's best for your situation. The training plan that we tailor for you is designed solely to meet your hockey needs.
Before any of this can happen, however, the first step is your first session, which will include a full private lesson with one of our instructors, a complete skills evaluation and your personal goal setting session.
