"ULTIMATE OPEN PRACTICE" TIMES

During all open hours,  both "The Klink" (practice rink) and "The Slot" (shooting lanes) will be open for self-guided practice.  Additionally, the Stickhandling room and the Gym are always open for your workout.
 
"The Slot", Shooting Lane is equipped with a regulation net, outfitted with 4 shooting targets and a state of the art "Jugs" radar gun.   There are several training apparatus available as well so that you can not only hone your shot speed and accuracy, but also work on attacking the triangle, shooting on stride, and your saucer passing accuracy.
 
"The Klink" is the perfect size for you to work on all of your skating moves, as well as for some really intense pick-up games.
 
Be sure and schedule yourself a good hour to spend between the Gym and the Stickhandling room.   We encourage all players to spend at least 20 mintues working on your stick handling skills every visit.   Finish up with a 40 minute run up in the Gym (the toughest workout you'll ever have, guaranteed), and your day is complete.
