Put simply, we get more done in one 90 minute session than you can do in 3 traditional "on ice" team practices.  Our mission is very simple: we teach and fine-tune the skills and techniques your players need to succeed, so that you can focus your precious team practice time working on the game itself.  We want team coaches to be able to coach the game, teach tactics, and work on winning ... and not have to devote valuable ice time to skating drills and other minutia.

chunks" (Typically 4 to 5 players).  This allows each of our coaches to get more one on one time with each player, and really provide excellent feedback and personalized instruction. 

 

Each smaller group rotates through 4 separate 18 minute stations, completing our "Power Circuit" in just over an hour.   At the end of the session, the entire group is brought together for a quick, yet extremely intense "king of the hill" 3 on 3 tournament which has the students leaving the session on a tenacious, competitive note.  Every time.
