As a professional hockey player, I had to be a dedicated player who had to mentally focus on the little things and details to stay competitive. 

This was all through plans, rituals, goals and values!

During my career, I played with the Buffalo Sabres, Winnipeg Jets, Tampa Bay Lightning, Stanley Cup Champions New York Rangers, Team USA, European Leagues and the Minors. As a professional hockey player, I have worked for and played with some of the best coaches, mentors and leaders in the world. Scotty Bowman, Craig Ramsey, John Tortorella,  Rick Dudley, Mike Keenan, Terry Crisp, Bob Hartley, Lou Vairo, Colin Campbell, Phil Esposito, Mark Messier and Clark Gillies  just  to name a few.

All of these coaches, mentors and leaders have won at the highest level! They understand what it takes to be at the top of their game. I have taken a little bit from each coach, mentor and leader, to create my own coaching program.  I have designed the Playbook for Life around the Value Scan Assessment and selected Expert Coaches from around the world so that we can offer this program to you.

1. VALUE PROFILE ASSESSMENT- VALUE $100

I start you off by doing a Value Profile on you. A Value Profile is a very unique way for helping an individual to identify their strengths and weaknesses, because they are based on Axiology, the science of self-worth and values.  Axiology mathematically defines the difference between what is now and what ought to be, or could be, in the future. An example of this is right now you may be playing a certain level of hockey and what could be is you playing a much higher level of hockey.  This provides an opportunity to create a "road map" for you for stable growth and development in hockey that can actually be measured. You will receive the results of your Value Profile on both PDF and MP3. 

GOAL SETTING SESSION - VALUE $100

I will use the results of your Value Profile to then help you set clear positive goals in the area(s) where you would most like to improve in hockey and life.

3. HOCKEY DEVELOPMENT PLAN - VALUE $250

Once you have set clear positive goals then I will guide you in developing a plan/roadmap to your goals.

Coaching is a way for you to become your personal best!   How does  24/7 Mentoring/Coaching  program work? 

• Mike will be by your side as a personal coach/mentor  to help you reach your goals.
