Chad is a native of Dryden Ontario, Canada and has been playing hockey since the early age of three. Chad attended University of Manitoba and uses his management experience to run the day-to-day operations at Puckmasters Lake Bluff. He also steps out from behind the front office to hit the ice to teach a lesson when called upon.
New to the Puckmasters staff for 2006: Wes is a solid defenseman currently playing for Lake County Atoms Midget Major squad. Wes is partnered up with Drew Sarver on the point and together they make an unstoppable combo.
A native of Waukegan, Greg grew up playing for the Lake County Atoms and Barrington Red Wings. Prior to being part of the Puckmasters team, Greg played for ACHA DII team, the Iowa State Cyclones where he was a captain three out of the four years he played, as well as doing administrative work and coaching. Along with his degree in Kinesiology and Health, he also brings along with him a USA Hockey Level 5 certification; he received his Level 5 at the age of 20. A grinder in college on forward and defense, Greg loves to teach an aggressive game from both a forward and defenseman's perspective
After two years of coaching goalie lessons here at Puckmasters on a part time basis, Brandon is back with consistent availability and professional hockey experience. Brandon has spent the past four seasons backstopping the Foresters of Lake Forest College in the tough NCHA hockey league where he earned numerous honors including NCHA player of the week honors twice, team MVP in his senior 2008-2009 season, and the recipient 2009 Peter Taylor Award given annually to the Forester who, selected by his teammates, best displays outstanding talent, leadership and love for the game. After finishing for the Foresters, Brandon has had a few professional hockey stints in the ECHL, CHL, and SPHL. He leaves the Forester program sitting 4th all-time in career save percentage in school history and is 2nd in school history in saves compiling over 2,000 in his four seasons. He also owns the 3rd and 5th best single season save percentages in school history with a .925 and .919 in his freshman and senior years respectively. His 53 save shutout is also a school record that will be difficult top.
Brandon hails from Windsor, Ontario, Canada and played four years of junior hockey for the Chatham Maroons of the Western Ontario Hockey League. In his four seasons in Chatham he earned two league championships, was a provincial finalist twice, obtained the lowest GAA in the league twice, was named team most dedicated player, was a two time league player of the month, team playoff MVP, team MVP, and finally named first team all- star in his final season. He graduated the Chatham Maroons program 2nd in team history in shutouts, 1st and 1st in team history in wins.
Brandon is happy to be back of as a member of the Puckmasters team.

New to Puckmasters for the 2009 season is Anthony who hails from Pleasant Prairie WI. Currently playing at Lake Forest College (Div III NCAA). Anthony has played two years of JR A. hockey in the CJHL with one championship under his belt with the Pembroke Lumberkings. Prior to Anthony heading up to Canada, Anthony was the captain of his CYA Midget major team. Anthony plays Center and wing and is excited to be part of the Puckamsters team.
Bill hales from Orange County, California. He currently plays for Lake Forest Academy. He recently played for the California Wave (Midget AAA) and will be heading off in the fall to play Division I NCAA hockey for Holy Cross in MA. Bill plays defense and has a rocket of a slap shot from the point.
New to Puckmasters for the 2009 season is Matt who hails originally from Tinley Park, IL. He spent his youth hockey playing AAA with both the Chicago Minor Hawks and the Chicago Young Americans. He went on to play his junior hockey for the Western Suburban Jr. Kodiaks (Minnesota – Tier 2 MJHL) and then on to the Madison Capitols (Wisconsin – Tier 1USHL). He then set his sights on college with stops at Lake Superior State (Sioux St. Marie, MI), Bethel College (St. Paul, MN) and St. Mary’s University (Winona, MN). After college he had tryouts in both the CHL and ECHL for the Indianapolis Ice, Memphis River Kings, and the Rockford Ice Hogs.
Matt has been a center his whole life and is looking forward to bringing his skill and expertise to Puckmasters!
