Player Development Packages


up to 7yrs 

  •  No direct training programs included in package.
  •  Option to upgrade to next age group for the provided service


8-12 yrs

  •   Sessions will be 30 min long 
  •   First session is a consultation and assessment
  •   Progressive routines provided
  •  Option to upgrade to the next age group 


13 yrs +

  •   Sessions will be 60 minutes long
  •  First session is a consultation and assessment

Head Strength and Conditioning Coach

 Kevin Callender has been a personal trainer for the last 5 years in Chicago, IL. working with athletes of all levels. As a graduate from Oakland University with a Bachelor’s of Science in Health and Exercise, Wellness Promotion and Injury Prevention, Kevin also competed as a collegiate soccer player (D1).


Kevin is certified through the American Council of Exercise and International Sports Conditioning Association.


 With experience in resistance training, endurance training, plyometric training, core and satiability training, Kevin has worked with individuals of all fitness levels and ages. In addition he has helped in the post rehabilitation for people with spinal, knee, shoulder, and ankle injuries. He believes in living a healthy lifestyle by eating right and getting plenty of exercise. Kevin not only considers himself a fitness professional, but an educator as well and is committed to helping people achieve their health, fitness, and athletic goals.
