Learn skating efficiencies 

Practice lengthening your stride for speed 

Improve acceleration with explosive strides 

Develop Hockey Sense & improve mental skills.

For players - Release time, passing lane efficiency, peripheral vision 

For goalies - Reaction time, play tracking, puck tracking, box control, release reading 

Work on specific hockey strength & conditioning to improve speed, acceleration, and mobility to improve flexibility and maintain proper movements to help avoid injury .
