SKATING TREADMILL

Shooting Lane

Work on stickhandling and  proper shooting techniques to improve accuracy, speed, and release time for various shots

Work on specific hockey strength & conditioning to improve speed, acceleration, and mobility to improve flexibility and maintain proper movements to help avoid injury
