MECHANICS

A 60-minute session focused on both skating and shooting, fully customizable to fit each player’s needs. Sessions can be split 30/30, 45/15, or even a full 60 minutes dedicated to the area that needs the most work. Training is designed to improve mechanics, power, technique, and overall performance. This is avaiable for Private & Group memberships.

*Group times vary and are primarily designed to be a 50/50 split.

MIND

A 45-minute session focused on developing hockey IQ through concept breakdowns, individual film analysis, reaction training, and problem-solving skills. Players will learn to better understand the game, improve decision-making, and react quicker in game situations.

Sessions can be tailored to focus on specific areas of development and are available as either individual or group training. 

*Group times vary in and are limited based on class type.

POWER

A training session designed to build explosive strength, speed, conditioning, and endurance. Off-ice training is a key part of developing the complete athlete and improving overall performance on the ice. Sessions focus on athletic movement, power development, agility, and stamina to help players compete at a higher level. Private and Group sessions available.​

*Group times vary in and are limited based on class type.
