Meet Coach Andre with PowerLab
​Andre Perez is a dedicated hockey skills coach with Junior A and collegiate playing experience. His coaching philosophy centers on holistic athletic growth, focusing on five critical performance domains: game knowledge, speed, strength, conditioning, and agility. Andre's methodology combines technical skill refinement with advanced sports science principles, enabling athletes to unlock their full potential through targeted, evidence-based training protocols both on and off the ice.

With expertise in biomechanical assessment and personalized skill progression, Andre designs training programs that translate directly to in-game performance. His coaching has helped numerous athletes reach elite levels, solidifying his reputation as a leader in hockey player development.
