Matt Thomas

Coach Matt has over 15 years of competitive hockey experience at various levels in the Detroit area including the University of Detroit Jesuit and University Liggett, and he played ACHA Division 1 hockey at John Carroll University in Cleveland, Ohio. Matt is a Certified Personal Trainer, Performance Enhancement Specialist, and Corrective Exercise Specialist through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, and also has BA degrees in Economics and Political Science from Wayne State University. He is currently the Head Coach of the 2011 Saints Red and 2012 Saints White teams at St. Clair Shores, as well as an Assistant Coach for the SCS Lakers Varsity Hockey team.
